PACIP (Practice, Administration, and Community – International Internship Program)
The PACIP is a 480-hour (three-month) field practicum that helps graduate students find the most effective methods of intervention and gain practical experience in planning, administration and community practice, as well as project implementation abroad. PACIP participants take pride in their practice, place the highest values on excellence, are willing to devote their careers to finding the most effective methods of intervention, and are committed to understanding and service those most in need.
PACIP provides graduate students with the opportunity to conduct their internship or field practicum overseas and gain international experience. Field practicum sites include advocacy organizations, programs or units within public and not-for-profit social service agencies, prevention services, community collaborations, tribal social services, governmental offices, and foundations.
